Need More Energy? Forget Energy Drinks!

So many people depend on caffeine for energy in the morning. Personally, caffeine does nothing for me. If anything, I only get a bit anxious but I don't feel more alert or anything. I could drink soda or coffee at night and still sleep just fine. Those kinds of drinks cause more harm than good.

 It is better to rely on natural foods to give you energy than processed and caffeinated beverages. Check out the following image for an idea of better things to consume.  A peach in the morning with some green tea would surely wake you up and get you moving for the day!


Beyond receiving everyday energy, our bodies also need plenty of vitamins and minerals to strengthen us. The following image shows which foods are good for our bones and the image after that lists food that is good for our brain which is the most important thing to strengthen.

Detox Your System of Food Additives!

Do you ever wake up in the morning and just feel blah? Even though you slept for 8 hours, you're still extremely tired? You never seem to have any energy and your body aches all over? What do you usually
 eat? If it is Genetically Modified or full of fat and cholesterol and additives, you are slowly killing yourself. These things can be like poison that affects your entire body in unexpected ways. Take a look:

Why?? Well, because they want us to be dependent on the "healthcare" system, health insurance, and the pharmaceutical industry so they can control us and make tons of money. The worse the food is for us, and the more we eat of it, the more likely we are to spend tons of money trying to gain back some control in our lives. Avoid the stuff with additives!! 


It is so much better to eat natural and organic foods. It is best to flush out the bad and then load up on the good!  Try these foods to detox your body so you can begin your path toward healthy eating!

We Need A Better-Dressed and More-Educated America!


I have never understood why people would purposefully wear their pants like this in public. For one, isn't it completely uncomfortable? How do you walk like that? I'm surprised they don't trip more than they do. The idea of having your butt hanging out is ridiculous! Nothing about that is appropriate or proper or even civilized!

I like that last line about joining the cause for a better dressed and a more educated world. America could use this so badly. People today generally do not care about others. There is a strong me-first attitude and it has become socially acceptable (and even marketable) to outright laugh at, ridicule and even hurt someone else as long as it is funny. What happened to manners? Where did common decency go? Don't even get me started on morals and kindness and generosity.

I think the way we dress has a LOT to do with the way we act. Everyone is so sloppy-casual these days that we also lower our standards about other things like politeness and goodness because of it.  If you think about your favorite movie that is based in another era, such as the Victorian times or even the early 1900s, everyone was civil and well-dressed. Even if they were outright insulting another person, they did it in a very well-spoken and educated manner.

Nowadays, people are just mean. And have you heard some of the insults people use lately? They don't have anything better than profanity-laced rants that usually come with violence and stupidity. (Picture any Jerry Springer episode.)

In the past, you'd never see a man without a suit or a woman without a dress.  And you'd never see idiots running through town vandalizing and/or hurting people just to laugh about it and put a video on YouTube. Wouldn't everything be nicer if we all dressed like the photo below again? Perhaps manners and common decency would follow.

The Points DO Matter!

Have you seen the brand-new episodes of the rebooted Whose Line Is It Anyway? As a huge fan of the original US version of the show, I was super excited about the new one. It airs on the CW and its just as brilliant as the old episodes. Drew Carey is no longer the host, but hey, he's busy trying to fill Bob Barker's shoes.

In the meantime, you may recall that the show's motto is "Everything is made up and the points don't matter!" I found this big tally of the "points" that the improv-actors would have if they did indeed keep track of the points.  As you can see, Mr. Wayne Brady does indeed kick much ass. But we already knew that.
